1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the Orbitbound mobile game for iOS and Android and these official legal pages. Privacy questions can be sent to info@insodec.com.au.
2. Information processed
Orbitbound does not require an account and does not operate its own analytics server. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, general location inferred from IP, device or advertising identifiers, advertisement views and interactions, product interactions, and diagnostic or performance information.
Google may use this information for advertising, measurement, reporting, analytics, security, and fraud prevention. Orbitbound initially requests non-personalised advertisements and uses Google's User Messaging Platform to collect or expose privacy choices where required.
3. Game data stored locally
Level progress, stars, completion times, personal-best replay inputs, Daily Challenge results, Endless records, selected cosmetics, settings, and purchase entitlement state are stored locally. Orbitbound does not upload this gameplay data.
Local data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. Uninstalling may permanently remove progress that is not restored by your device backup system.
4. Advertising and choices
Rewarded advertisements are voluntary and state the reward before playback. Limited interstitial advertisements appear only at natural breaks. Daily Challenge does not show advertisements. Purchasing the Pulsar Supporter Pack removes automatic ads.
Where required, review or change Google advertising choices through Privacy and cookie settings in Orbitbound's Settings screen. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Optional purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. The store may process payment, account, device, and transaction data under its own privacy policy. Orbitbound receives product and entitlement status needed to unlock or restore a purchase but does not receive card or bank details.
6. Service providers and international processing
Advertising and purchase information may be processed by Google, Apple, and their service providers in countries other than your own. Their handling, safeguards, retention, and deletion processes are governed by their policies and applicable law.
7. Children's privacy
Orbitbound is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Storefront age ratings, parental controls, and purchase approval rules apply.
8. Permissions and security
Orbitbound does not request contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, photos, or personal files. Network access is used for advertisements, consent choices, purchases, and restoration. Service-provider data is encrypted in transit.
9. Your rights and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about personal-data processing. Follow the data deletion instructions for local progress. Advertising choices can be changed in the game settings.

10. Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update is subject to the policy then in effect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
