1. Licence
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Orbitbound for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of Apple or Google.
2. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, sell, interfere with, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorised access to Orbitbound or its services, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. Gameplay and availability
Gameplay, balance, levels, rewards, advertising cadence, and features may change as the game is improved. We may correct errors, suspend online features, or discontinue a feature. Offline campaign play remains subject to device compatibility and locally available game data.
4. Advertising
The free version may show voluntary rewarded ads and limited interstitial ads at natural breaks. Advertisements require network availability and may not always be available. Third-party advertisements are provided by advertising partners and are subject to their terms and policies.
5. Optional purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their billing, refund, family-sharing, and account rules. Prices shown by the store include or exclude taxes as the store indicates. Restorable entitlements require the same store account used for purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Orbitbound, its code, design, artwork, audio, names, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
7. Disclaimer and consumer rights
Orbitbound is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Orbitbound is excluded. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
